Project Superintendant Chris Fogarty coordinates the daily process of constructing homes for Silvia & Silvia. He manages all of the various teams of craftsmen involved in each project, ensuring that efficiency is maximized so that time and money are not wasted.
Chris is a fully licensed builder and master carpenter with 20 years in this industry, the past 10 of them have been spent working with Silvia & Silvia. His wide-ranging knowledge of every facet of home construction makes him perfectly suited to direct the on-site, daily operation of all Silvia & Silvia construction ventures. His status as a master builder and his insistance on the the highest quality workmanship assures that the company’s exceptional standards of craftsmanship are always fulfilled.
