Lakeside Commons
Silvia & Silvia will begin a new commercial project soon, located at 1555 and 1575 Rte. 132 Hyannis. Lakeside Commons will feature high-tech professional office space, as well as a bank with 3 drive-up windows. The project will feature many green and environmentally sustainable components.

Oyster Harbors Marine
Started in August of 2008, Silvia & Silvia began the expansion and modernization of Oyster Harbors Marine. The project will allow service personnel to work year round in a new state-of-the-art facility that will accommodate yachts in excess of 60' indoors. The roof of the main building is equipped with solar panels and provides enough electricity to power the new building and feed back to the grid.
