3261 Main Street - Barnstable Village
The second of the “Main Street” conversions, located directly across the street from the Barnstable County state courthouse. The renovation and conversion created an ideal location for legal offices and an ice cream shop serving the courthouse and the local village.
Cape Cod Center - Hyannis
Located along Route 132 in Hyannis, it is known as the “Gateway to Hyannis Complex.” Cape Cod Center provides a mix of retail and professional office space to the central Hyannis area. In addition to constructing this complex, Silvia and Silvia built the interior offices for law firms, brokerage firms, and retail tenants currently occupying the development.
683 Main Street - Osterville
This project entailed the reconstruction of the historic site of the Nehemiah Lovell House c. 1800-1994. In addition, new office buildings were carefully designed and inserted on the property to maximize the site's development. Located along the edge of Osterville's commercial center, this cluster of three buildings provides a comfortable and professional neighborhood office complex. The buildings pitched shingle roofs, wood shingle siding, double hung windows and rooftop cupola makes the complex fit in with its residential neighbors. Narrow walkways between the buildings and seaside type lanterns to light your path at night give the complex an Old World feel.
812 Main Street - Osterville
Located on Main Street in the center of the dynamic and thriving village of Osterville. It provides professional office space spanning three floors. Tenants have access to all the amenities of Osterville Village including multiple banks and eateries. Parking is provided in the rear of the building.
1284 Main Street - Osterville
The design and development of this office complex for Silvia & Silvia was influenced by the character of typical Cape Cod residential properties. The scale of the professional office, garage and adjoining mill workshop is significantly reduced by the careful separation of the functions into what appears as three separate residential structures. The view from Main Street of bay windows, roof dormers, and standard double hung windows, make this 9,978 sq./ft. office complex fit in well with its Osterville neighbors.
14 West Main Street - Hyannis
The location of this retail operation on West Main Street is near the center of Hyannis across from the Melody Tent. It was redesigned for use as an ice cream store, which makes it the ideal location for a food service business.
1582 Rte. 132 - Hyannis
Another reconstructed commercial location on Rte. 132. This building was reconstructed as a casual professional office space serving the needs of a variety of different tenants. In addition to individual offices and conference rooms, it also has a drive thru banking window.
