3. Construction & Project Management
   Before construction can begin, Silvia & Silvia completes all the necessary paperwork for the complex permitting process. After the permitting process is complete, we become the liaison between specialty contractors such as framers, painters, electricians, plumbing, landscapers and interior decorators. With our hectic schedules, we understand the importance of time and we do our best to meet customer deadlines. More importantly we promise to keep our customers up-to-date with daily communication if desired.
   
4. Post Construction
   We guarantee that the relationship we have with our customers does not end with the completion of your project.
