A new custom home recently completed in the beautiful village of Cotuit. Located on charming historic Main Street this exquisite 4000 square foot Greek Revival Farmhouse embodies old time craftsmanship at its very best.

Perhaps the most spectacular new home on Cape Cod, this estate sits high on 11 water front acres overlooking North Bay and Oyster Harbors. There are an astonishing number of luxury features including tiled sauna, 3rd floor observation deck and radiant heat floors!
Sand Point
At the clients request we have embarked on a total make over of this waterfront home. Some of the dramatic features we have added are twelve by eight foot Marvin sliders to provide an unbroken view of Oyster Harbors and North Bay.
Willowbend
This contemporary, architect-designed house overlooks the greens of the Willowbend Golf Course. A large balcony provides views of the fairway. All interior cabinetry and millwork was fabricated and installed by Silvia & Silvia.
