Dan Ocasio is an AIA, NCARB certified architect with 30 years of experience in architecture and construction with a diverse group of organizations from private companies to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. His training and knowledge make him uniquely qualified to manage the many facets of each Silvia & Silvia construction project. From the initial design of a home to the practical issues involved in fabricating the physical structure, Dan oversees all aspects of the projects he manages and believes that none of the details are minor.

Whether drawing a quick sketch to help a client visualize a concept or monitoring the creation of complex architectural plans, ordering rare patio stone with which to frame a swimming pool or consulting a contractor to arrive at the best solution to an unexpected development, Dan Ocasio draws upon his broad experience to transform the customer’s vision into reality in the most efficient possible manner.
