FreeGreen is an online company that offers free “green” house plans, believing that “green design should be accessible to all.” Through our relationship with FreeGreen, you can now work with Silvia and Silvia to customize and build all of FreeGreen's Official and Open Source House Plans.

Healthy Family
Designed for today's busy, health-conscious family. Healthy Family homes combine comfortable contemporary living with superior indoor air quality and low energy bills. Functional options, such as mudrooms, homework nooks, and home offices are provided to help families manage the chaos of daily life. These homes are intended for young, 3- to 5-person families.
Comfortable Cape
The Comfortable Cape has been designed to prove that the concepts of classic architectural style and high performance homes need not be mutually exclusive. This Product Line is the second in our line of R-Control SIPs based designs, and has been specifically crafted to include all of the creature comforts expected in a small Cape. From window bench seats to traditional window symmetry these plans have a broad range of application from the beach to the suburbs, and can easily morph between styles with simple substitutions that fit your liking.
Rustic Retreat
The Rustic Retreat was designed to mix an informal, rural exterior with modern interior aesthetics. These houses would work equally well as a vacation getaway or a main residence. Design features include vaulted ceilings, super insulated wall options and a strong connection with the outdoors. Aesthetically we pursed simple forms with rustic exterior finishes creating a look that is simple honest and wholesome. For the interiors we experimented with looks ranging from clean and bright minimalisms, to strong rich wood tones.
Chatham
The traditionally inspired design of this Green Home is based around a model of flow and efficiency. The single level living accommodation has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The plan has options for a master bathroom, chimney, garage and deck. The Green construction techniques can include increased insulation and draft proofing. We can supply the latest green technology, efficient boilers, solar panels, wind turbines or even geothermal wells. Designed by Silvia and Silvia, LLC.
Nantucket
The Traditional Cape inspired design of this Green Home is based around an open plan to reflect modern living tastes. The plan has a first floor master and options to include a garage, chimney, family room, mud room and deck. The Green construction techniques included increased insulation and draft proofing. The Traditional colonial inspired design of this green home is based around an open plan to reflect modern living tastes. The plan has a first floor master and options to include a garage, chimney, family room, mud room and an extra large deck. Upside Down
The Upside Down house is a small elegant plan design to transform blind or sloping sites by raising the living area. The bedrooms are below and the open living space is above. The striking images show the house in De Stijl colors but the house can be finished in Clapboard and Shingle. The small plan can be extended by adding a side addition. The option shown has a full basement with stairs below the second floor stairs or via the garage. The houses can be built in clusters and can share biodigester drainage and grey water recycling. Open floor plans and high ceiling loft spaces characterize this modern product line. Sleek and minimalist in form, the Suburban Loft is perfect for a lakefront second home, suburban standout, or tight urban infill lot. Unlike most modern designs, these lofts perform efficiently even in cold northern climates. Double-height spaces, roof decks, and myriad built-in options allow you to add features typically found in expensive custom homes.

The Smart Box balances aesthetics and cost using clean lines, open spaces, and logical layouts. Light and airy interior spaces ensure a comfortable and healthy environment. Our designers have also identified do-it-yourself opportunities to help cost-conscious home buyers add style on a budget.
