Completed in August of 2008, this 7,000 s.f. home is located on the bluffs of Truro boasting incredible views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. This Energy Star certified home features a geothermal well, zero carbon footprint, and a photovoltaic system which allows excess electricity to be pushed back to the grid. This residence is appointed with custom bamboo furniture and cabinetry built by our high quality craftsmen.
Started in August of 2008, Silvia & Silvia began the expansion and modernization of Oyster Harbors Marine. After working on their first true green residential project, Silvia & Silvia decided to bring their green ventures to the commercial sector. Solar panels span the roof of the main building and provide enough electricity to power the new building and feed excess back to the grid. At the time, this building had the largest square footage of solar panels on Cape Cod.
